Request A Repair

A few things before you begin...​

• Refer to the Services page to see what kinds of repairs I can and cannot take on at this time; I reserve the right to refuse repair requests for any reason.

• As of 9/8/2025, I have changed my payment policy for repairs to require payment at the time of approval/scheduling. Your repair quote is still free.

• I will use email to communicate with you during the repair process; It is your responsibility to check your inbox and spam folder for emails from me regarding your repairs in order to avoid delays. If you think you haven't heard from me, please check your emails before giving me a call. (On this note, FERAL does not have any information about your repairs, so don't call them for updates!)

• Complete the Gear Repair Request form below and drop off your item(s) at FERAL Denver. You WILL NOT RECEIVE A QUOTE until I have seen your item(s) IN PERSON to evaluate the work needed. I DO NOT ISSUE QUOTES ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE.
